Alex Favier (well his back) of Domaine Chante Cigale, Chateauneuf du Pape at a wine dinner this week in la Bohème restaurant, Waterford. Alex is 30 years old and the 2011 vintage was his 13th! He took control of the Domaine age 20. At age 20 I decided my band were not, in fact, going to make it and took control of my outrageous non-realism.
